Recent Projects

The Advance team recently wrapped up a 7 month project installation (June to December 2019) in the south for a grocery distributor.  This 1.6 million square foot building will hold 143,742 pallets at full capacity.

Advance produced over 16,000,000 lbs. of steel to complete this project!

Automation Corner

Advance Storage Automation recently completed a seven story, fully automated cold storage room for Mt. Adams Fruit in Bingen, WA (one of the largest produce distributors of pears and apples).

14 Rover AS/RS Vehicles  |  7 Levels  |  6,300 Pallet Positions  |  68ft High  |  220 Pallets Per Hour

14 Rover AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) vehicles perform multiple functions including:

  • Pulling pallets from production
  • Delivering pallets to inspection stations
  • Returning inspected pallets into the warehouse
  • Staging pallets for shipping
  • Delivering pallets in load sequence to the shipping doc.
