Pick Tunnel

Pick Tunnel systems are designed for high-volume, single-level picking where you want superior storage density and strong cube utilization without moving to full multi-level platforms. Advance positions pick tunnels as a way to improve density while supporting rapid pick paths for high-velocity operations.

Structural Pick Tunnel:
Structural pick tunnels are ideal for operations with constant replenishment and lift traffic near pick faces. Structural rack’s impact resistance and long service life help maintain pick performance and reduce ongoing maintenance.

Roll Form Pick Tunnel:
Roll form pick tunnels can be a cost-effective approach when the operating environment is controlled and impacts are limited. Because roll form rack can be more easily damaged, protection at pick aisles and tunnel entries is critical.

Industry relevance:
Strong fit for food distribution, grocery, and beverage where single-level pick velocity is the priority and reserve storage needs to stay tightly integrated.
