Pick Modules
Pick Modules combine racking and work platforms into a high-throughput picking environment designed to move more cases per labor hour while using vertical cube efficiently. Advance Pick Module systems can be stacked 3–4 levels high and are well-suited for both full-case and split-case fulfillment.
Highly applicable to grocery and food distribution (high SKU count, fast picks), food processing (staging components/packaging), and beverage (case picking + replenishment).
Structural Pick Module:
Structural pick modules are ideal when you want a robust backbone for multi-level operations—especially in food, beverage, and grocery environments where uptime, safety, and impact resistance matter around picking aisles, replenishment, and conveyors.
Roll Form Pick Module:
Roll form pick modules are often selected for lighter-duty applications, faster reconfiguration, and cost control—particularly when the building may require future changes. Pair with engineered guarding and rack protection where lift interaction is frequent.
Pick Module Advantages
Can handle high SKU counts in a small footprint
Very efficient picking rates
Can handle both split and full case pick applications
Pick Module Limitations
High capital investment
Relatively inflexible to reconfigure
High conveyorization cost
