High Bay Storage

High Bay storage is designed to unlock vertical cube—often exceeding 60 feet—to nearly double capacity versus conventional rack heights. Advance High Bay systems can exceed 60’H, and can be paired with fully automated or man-up vehicles depending on throughput and labor strategy.

Structural High Bay Application:
Structural high bay is the go-to choice for tall storage where stability, impact tolerance, and long-term reliability matter. Structural rack’s heavier construction and durability support demanding operations and reduce lifecycle disruptions.

Roll Form High Bay Application:
Roll-formed high bay can be appropriate for lighter-duty needs where budgets and modular growth are key, but requires strong protection and controlled equipment interaction because roll form members can be more susceptible to damage.

Industry relevance:
High bay is a natural fit for cold storage (cube is expensive), beverage (dense reserve), and high-growth food distribution networks trying to scale within existing footprints.
