Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team!  You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Accurately matching invoices to the packing slips/POD’s
  • Making sure that invoices are paid within guidelines and terms
  • Display flexibility to work and overtime as required
  • Match invoices to receivers
  • Enter valid invoices into Infor
  • Select invoices for payment that are within the guidelines provided by CFO or controller
  • Print approved weekly AP checks to vendors
  • Obtain check signatures
  • Match invoices to Check and mail
  • Posts expense reports that are being imported to Infor
  • Process Corporate Amex card every month, as well as, Amex cards that are paid thru AP
  • Process 1099’s for vendors A – 1 at the end of the year
  • Filing of invoices


  • Previous experience in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Associates Degree minimum requirement
  • Min 3 years Manufacturing experience in AP
  • Experience using CRM system
  • Team Lead or Supervisory experienced highly desired
